Located just minutes from charming downtown North Vernon, our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is an ideal escape for families, couples, remote workers, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Whether you're lounging on the deck, reading by the fireplace, or exploring Indiana’s scenic parks, Casa Rio offers a comfortable, nature-rich getaway with all the modern amenities you need to feel at home.

Comfortable Living, Thoughtful Design

The cabin is spread across two stories, with sleeping space for up to 10 guests, a finished basement lounge, and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Every room has been intentionally curated to blend style and function, offering both rustic charm and modern convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with access to a private upper deck
• Bedroom 2: Full bed plus crib, ideal for families
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed in the cozy finished basement
• Basement Lounge: 1 futon and 1 twin sleeper chair
• Total Beds: Sleep up to 10 comfortably



Each room includes fresh linens, ceiling fans, and ample storage. All bedrooms are located on the upper level, accessible via interior stairs.
